!iN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINl1NCE N0. 20 OF THE; REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HA`+JAII 1960, AS P.MENDED, BY
ADDING THERLPO it NEW SECTION NUMBERED 20-A, RELATING TO
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF
HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVI~iORS OF' THE COJNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No, 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding a new section after Section 20 to read as
follows:
"Section 20-15, Industrial ;one V:I:
Industrial lone VI shall contain all of the area bounded
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north boundary of
the former Hawaiian Homes Commission Land (Panaewa Tract 11
and the east side of Kanoelehua Avenue and running in a
clockwise direction as follows:
1, The north boundary of the former Hawaiian Homes Commission
Land (Panaewa Tract 1) from the east side of Kanoelehua.
Avenue, east for a distance of 1063.82 feet;
2. From the point 1063.82 feet east of Kanoelehua. Avenue
south for a distance of 450 feet•
3, From the point 450 feet south, west for a distance of
1118,82 feet to the east side of Kanoelehua Avenue;
4, 'Ihe east side of Kanoelehua Avenue north to the point
of beginning,"
SECTIOR` 2. This Ordinance shall take ef:Fect upon its approval,
Hilo, Hawaii
