AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF IHE REVISED ORDINANCES
GF THE CGUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS /AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
iVUMBERED 15-E, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE IN THE
CITY OF HILO.

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding a new section numbered 15-E to create Light
Industrial Lone IX, from a portion of Residential 'Zone D-IV,
the said Section 15-E to read as follows:
"Section 15-E. Light Industrial "Zone IX.

Light Industrial Zone IX shall contain all of the
area bounded as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of this lot and on
the east boundary of Lot 15, Block 25, Waiakea House Lots, 1st
Series, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station 'Halai' being 2503.00
feet south and 8551.00 feet east, and running by azimuths
measured clockwise from true south:
1. 180° 00' 171.16 feet along Lot 15;
2. 2700 00' 1.00.00 feet along B. P. Bishop Estate land;
3. 360° 00' 171.16 feet along the west side of Mililani
Street;
4. 90° 00' 100.00 feet along Lot 16-B to the point of
beginning and containing
an area of 17,116 square feet.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
