PERTAINING TO THE REQUIREP•;ENT OF ArFIDAVITS UPON COI~IPLcTION
OF NON-DEDICABLE STREETS AND ROADS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOART~ OF SUPEf2VISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUTQTY OF HAtidAII
SECTION 1. Section 12 of Ordinance 110. 21~ is hereby
amended by adding subsection "C ." thereto to read as follows:
"C. Upon the completion of all streets or
roadways constructed according to non-dedicable
standards pursuant to Section 1!}, Modification of
Requirement, the following affidavits shall be submitted
to the Planning and Traffic Commission not later than
~'~~-~~ ~ ~.~ days after said completion.
1. Subdividers affidavit. The subdivider
~., shall file an affidavit consisting of the

i follotiaing statements; The contractor or road
builder was fully apprised of all the terms,
conditions, plans and specifications of the road
construction to be performed as set forth by the
Commission; the construction of the street or
roadway was caused to be performed according to
the terms, conditions, plans and specifications
as set forth by the Corrunission.
2. Contractors or road builders affidavit.
'Phe contractor or road builder shall file an
affidavit consisting of the :following statements:

performed as set forth by the Commission;
the construction and completion of the street
or roadway according to the terms, conditions,
plans and specifications as set forth. by the
Commission.
Upon request by the Commission, the Chief
Engineer shall make periodic inspections and a
final inspection of such streets and roadways."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
