AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 25 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, B`C AMENDING SECTION 69
AND BY '1llDING A NE[d SECTION NUMBERED 73-A, PERTAINING TO THE
KEGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY GF

SECTION 1. Paragraph 2, Subsection (b} of Section 69,
of Ordinance P1o, 25 of the Revised Ordinances of tYie County of
Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
l thereto subparagraph "k" to read as follows:
"k. Wiliwili Street from Kaumana Drive to the beginning
of the new subdivision."
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 25 of the Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding a new section after Section. 73 numbered 73-A to read
as follows:
"Section 73-A, Attention to Driving. Every operator
of a motor vehicle shall exercise due care in the operation
of such vehicle upon any street or highway in order to
avoid collision with any person, vehicle or other property
on or off such street or highway,"
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
