SUBDIVISION OPDINANCE OF 'PHE COUNTY OF HALdAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LARD OF SUPERVISOl1S IN ANll FOi~ THE
COUNTY OF HA~r~AII:
SECTIOPI 1. Section 5-C of Ordinance No. 24, the Sub-
division Ordinance of the County of Hawaii, is hereby
amended by striking therefrom the words and numeral "five (5)
days", and inserting in this place the words and numerals
"fifteen (15) days", so that as amended, it reads:
"C. The preliminary plat must be submitted
to the director at least fifteen (15) days prior
to the next meeting of the commission in order to
be considered at that meeting."
SECTION 2. `T'his Ordinance shall tale effect upon its
approval.
