SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 230 of the County of Ilariaii
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Paragraph 1, subsecticm (b) of Section 6')
of ordinance do. 25, is hereby amended by adding subparagraph
"d" thereof to read as follows;
"d. The access road to Laupahoehoe beach Park, from
a point .; of a mile from its junction with the P;amal.ahca
highway to the Park,"
SECTION 3. Paragraph LI, subsection, (h) of Section 69
of Ordinance I;o. 25, as amended, is hereby further amended by

adding subparagra*~h "t" thereof to read as follows;
"t. P~,arlalahoa high~~~ay between the villages of
Naalehu and ',~!'aiohinu."
SECTIOd ~~.. This Ordinance shall take effect. upon
its approval.
