SECTION 1. Crii.nance 'uo. 2O of the Revised Ordinances o~°
the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding a new section after Section 8-H to read as Follows:
"Section ~-I. ?susiness Zone XVI.
"Busi.ness Zone XDl shall contain all of the area
described as Follows:
"All of that certain piece or parcel of land
situate at Wai.anea, District of SoutP~illo, County
and State of Hawai`, being a portion vF the land

"SUBJECT, I~WEVER, to the restrictive conditions
as contained in Land Patent Grant No. 11,114 to the
extent that they are applicable under the existing
laws of Hawaii.
"Provided, however, from the above described area, the
following is excepted; all of that area bounded as follows;
"Beginning at the northwest corner of this
parcel of land and on the south side of Kawailani
Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
"Halai" being 11978.27 feet South and 5029.33 feet
East, and running by azimuths measured clockwise
from true South;
1. 265° 40~ 65.71 feet along the south side
of Kawailani Street;
2. 37° 32t 98.46 feet along the northwest
side of Ainaola Drive;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect when it is
approved in accordance with the provisions of Section 5C of
Ordinance No. 19 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1960, as amended.
