AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 24, THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE, RELATIPIG TO FILING FEE SCHEDULE FOR SUBDIVISIOP]
APPLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD Or SUPERVISORS OF `I"_~-IE COU]VTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 13.01 of 0 rdinance P1o. 24 of the
County of Hawaii is hereby amended to read as follows•
"Section 13,01, Filing Fee.
"Each application for a subdivision is subje<:t
to the payment of a filing fee of fifteen dollars
(.`v15,00) and an additional charge for each lot noted
on the initial preliminary map and for each additional
lot resulting from any subsequent amendment of t]Ze
initial tentative map, exclusive of any lot set aside
for roadway or easement purposes, as follows•
"Three Dollars (aI3.00) for each of the firsl=
twenty-five (25) lots;
"Two Dollars ($2.00) for the next twenty-five
(25) lots; and
"One Dollar (".x1.00) for each additional lot in
excess of fifty (50) lots,"
SECTION 2, 'this Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
