COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE N0. 265
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 25 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY
AMENDING SECTION 83, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Subsection (b) of Section 83, Ordinance No. 25
of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended,
is hereby further amended by adding the following subparagraphs
3 and 4 to subsection (b):
"3. Hawaii Belt Road in North Hilo from the
northeast (Hamakua) end of Kaiwilahilahi Bridge
northeasterly to the southeast (Hilo) end of
Kawaikahi Bridge,
"4. Hawaii Belt Road in Hamakua from the northeast
(Hamakua) end of Paauilo Bridge northeasterly to the
intersection of the Paauilo-Pohakea Homesteads Road
with the Hawaii Belt Road,"
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
