ORDINANCE N0. 271
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY
CREATING A NEW INDUSTRIAL ZONE IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE I'P ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HA'dJAII:
SECTION 1, Ordinance No, 20 of the Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding a new section after Section 20-C to read as follows:
"Section 20-D, Industrial `Lone IX,
Industrial Lone IX shall contain all of the area bounded
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest boundary of this parcel of
land, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred
to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Halai" being
2237,25 feet south and 14578,85 feet east and running by
azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1. 270 50' 222.45 feet along the Hilo Airport

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY
CREATING A NEW INDUSTRIAL ZONE IN THE CITY OF HILO.
This Bill creates Industrial Zone "D" in Waiakea
between Hawaii National Guard lands and Hawaiian Home Farm
lots.
