COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE N0, 278
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0, 8 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF BUS RENTAL FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 3 of Ordinance No, 8 of the Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is
hereby further amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3, The County Treasurer shall collect
from the owner of each bus parking in said area the
Three and 50/100 (3.50)
sum of Five-Dollars (~-0~1-) per month,"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect retroactive
to July 1, 1964,

This Bill states that the owner of each bus parking
at the bus terminal at Diooheau F'ark shall pay a sum of
Three and 50/100 Dollars ($ 3.50) per month.

1964 - Date Effective: July 1, 1964.
Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full, are on file
in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examinatirn
by the public.
