AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 119.01 OF ORDINANCE NO. 25,
REVISED ORDAVAi~ICES OF THE COUNTY OF HA'ar'r.II 1960, AS AT/ENDED.
This Bill allows any vehicle equipped with safety
brakes consisting of automotive spring that will actuate
the brakes when the air pressure drops below 60 pounds
per square inch, which safety brakes have been checked
and approved by the Chief Engineer of the Department of
Fublic Works, to operate on Pakalana Street in Honokaa
between Lehua Street and Kukui street during the hours when
Honokaa High and Elementary School is not in session.
