OKDINANCE N0. 306
ESTABLISHING A TERMINAL FOR BUSES IN THE BA'Y FRONT PARKING
AREA AND PROVIDING A RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE THEREOF,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The Vlaiakea portion of the bay front parking
area next to Mooheau Park is hereby set aside for the purpose
of a bus terminal for city buses.
SECTION 2. The Waiakea-makai portion of the bay front
'_ ~ parking area is hereby set aside for the purpose of a bus
terminal for country buses.
SECTION 3. The Board of Supervisors shall make such
rules and regulations for the parking of said buses as it deems
necessary.
SECTION 4. 'Phe County Treasurer shall collect from the
owner or operator of each bus parking in they bus terminal the
sum of THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($3,50) per month,
SECTION 5, County of Hawaii Ordinance:c Nos. 8, 9, 91 and
278 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

ESTABLISHING A TERMINAL FCR BUSES IN THE BAY FRONT PARKING
AREA AND PROVIDING A RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE THEREOF.
This Bill establishes a terminal for buses in the
Waiakea portion of the bay front parking area next to
Mooheau Yark and sets a rental of Three Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($3.50) per month.
