CCUNTY OF HAWAII, PROHIBITING THE I~10VENiENT OF ANY VEHICLE:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25, Traffic .ode cf the
County of Ha~raii, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto a new section to read as follows;
"Section li~,G2, Piovement of certain vehicles
prohibited; when. No vehicle having two or more
wheels on each. e,nd of an axle shall. be moved on any
public highway wren a rock. is embedded between said
wheels."
SECTIGN 2, This ordinance shall ta;:e effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR HAWAII COUNTY'S PARTICIPATION IN
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: CREATING THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE: CONFER~2ING
POWERS AND PRESCRIBIIQG DUTIES THEREOF.
This Bill incorporates the duties of the Promoter of
activities and the Administrator of Economic Research
and Development Commission by creating a Department of
Economic Development and an Economic Development Committee.
It prescribes the powers, duties and functions of said
Department and directs the Committee to sit in an advisory
capacity to the llirector or Deputy Director.
