ORDINANCE NO. 312
{Bill No. 347 - 1965)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25, TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY AMENDING SECTION 33, PERTAINING TO
ABANDONED CARS ON HIGHWAYS.
This Bill states vehicles left unattended for more
than 24 hours shall constitute abandonment and be disposed
of as required by Section 138-32, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1955,
as amended.

May 19, 1965 - Date Effective: May 19, 1965.
