OF THE COUNTY OF HAIJAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PER'T'AINING TO THr;
REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGH4VAY5

SECTI021 1. Subsection C, Section 29 of Ordinance No. 25,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, relating to
certain narking zones on Y.ilauea Avenue, is hereby repealed.
SEC'PIOPJ 2. Subparagraph f, Paragraph 4, Subsection (b),
Section 69 of Ordinance iQo. 25, Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1960, as amended, relating to speed restrictions, is
further amended to read as follows:
"f. Mamalal.oa Highway, at Keaau, from the lower
Keaau connection to the Keaau i~7i11 Road."
SECTION 3, Paragraph 5, Subsection (b), Section 69 of
Ordinance No. 25, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960,
as amended, is further amended by adding two new subsections to
read as follows:
"n, The Keaau to Pahoa Road in Keaau, from its
intersection with the Hawaii Belt Road to a point 0,3
of a mile towards Pahoa.
"o. Kilauea Avenue between Lanikaula Street and
Haihai Street,"
SECTION 4. Paragraph 6, Subsection (b), Section 69 of
Ordinance No. 25, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960,
as amended, relating to speed restrictions, is further amended by
adding thereto a new paragraph to read as follows:

(Bill No. 353 - 1965)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25, REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE
REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON 'PHE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
This Bill amends the Traffic Code in the following
manner:
1. Repeals certain. parking zones on Kilauea Avenue;
2. Sets 30 miles per hour restriction on.t^:amalahoa
Highway, at Keaau, from the lower Keaau connection
to the Keaau trill Road;
3. Sets 35 miles per hour restrictions on the Keaau
to Pahoa Road in Keaau, from its intersection with
the Hawaii Belt Road to a point 0.3 of a mile
toward Pahoa and F;ilauea Avenue between Lanikaula
Street and Hai_hai Street;
4. Sets 45 miles pex hour restriction on Hawaii Belt
Road, at Keaau, in the Hilo direction., from the
lower Keaau connection to the Slaughterhouse Road.
