ORDINANCE NO. 330
(Bill No. 364 - 1965)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25, TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, TO PROHIBIT THE MOVEMENT OF ANY VEHICLE
WITH TWO OR MORE WHEELS ON EACH END OF AN AXLE ON A PUBLIC
HIGHWAY WHEN ROCKS OR ANY FOREIGN MATERIALS ARE EMBEDDED
BETWEEN SAID WHEELS.
This Bill prohibits the operation of dual wheeled
vehicles on public highways when rocks or any foreign
materials which might be hazardous to traffic are embedded
between the wheels.
