ORDINANCE NO. 330
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NU. 25, TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, TO PROHIBIT THE MOVEMENT OF ANY VEHICLE
WITH T4J0 OR MGRS WHEELS ON EACH END OF AN AXLE ON A PUBLIC
HiGH'dAY WHEN ROCKS OR ANY FOREIGN MP,TERIALS ARE EMBEDDED
BETWEEN SAID WHEELS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD Of SUPERVISORS GF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII;
SECTION 1. Section 119.02 of Ordinance No. 25, Traffic
Code of the County of Hawaii, is hereby further amended to
read as follows;
"Section 119.02. Movement of certain vehicles
prohibited; when. No vehicles having two or more
wheels on each end of an axle shall be moved on any
public highway when rocks or any foreign materials
which might be hazardous to traffic are embedded
between said wheels on the moving vehicle,s."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
