ORDINANCE' N0. 333
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 25, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION
OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE B0.4RD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUPITY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Paragraph 5, Subsection b, Section 69 of
Ordinance 25, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960,

as amended, relating to speed restrictions, is further amended

by adding thereto a new subparagraph to read as follows:
"p, The Honokaa Waipio Road through Camp 10."
SECTION 2. Paragraph 6, Subsection b, Section 69 of
Ordinance 25, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960,
~~",,~', as amended, relating to speed restrictions is further amended
by adding thereto a new subparagraph to read as follows:
"s, On the Honokaa-Waipio Road, from a point where
Project No. 5-0240(2) commences (except Camp 10)
to a point 400 feet `,^Jaipio of Nienie :Bridge."
SECTION 3. Subparagraph i, Paragraph 3, Subsection b,
Section 69 of Ordinance 25, Revised Ordinances of the County of

3~: Hawaii 1960, as amended, relating to speed restrictions is
further amended to read as follows:
"i. Mamane Street (T~Iamalahoa Highway) in Honokaa
from a point 440 feet ',^Jaipio of Nienie Bridge to
a point southeastward where Mamane Street inter-
sects with Ohia Street (Old Homestead Road)."
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
