AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION b of SECTION 1 of ORDINANCE
NO. 332, WHZCH AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAFIAII 1960, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF
SPEED ZONES UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY
OF HAV~II.
This Bill increases the speed limit from 35 to 45 miles
per hour on the Hawaii Belt Road in Paauilo from the Hamakua
Mill Company Dispensary to the Paauilo Access Road intersection
in the Honokaa direction.

HECTIC-N 1, subsection b of Section 1 of Ordinance N~>. ~j2,
which amends i.irdinance Iv o. 25 (Traffic Code) of the Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 160, is hereby amended tc
read as follows;
°b. By adding a new Subparagraph nurr~bered "t"
to Paragraph 6 relating to speed restrictions of
'~5 miles ner hour in Paauilo to read as follows:
"t. }iawaii Belt Road in Faauilo from the
Hamakua i~fill. Company Dispensary to the Faauilo
Access Road intersection ir: the Honokaa

SECTION 2. This ordinance sha11 take effect upon its
approval.
