AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING THERETO A
NEW SECTION NUMBERED 20-E, CHEATING A NEW INDUSTRIAL 'ZONE IN
THE CITY OF HILO.
This Bill rezones approximately 55.8 acres in a portion
of Panaewa, Tract "2", Waiakea, South Hilo, from Agricultural
Zone 2 to General Industrial Zone.

OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE A PORTION
OF LAND ]N SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, FROM AGRICULTURAL ZONE 2 TO A
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONE.
This Bill rezones a portion of Panaewa and Waiakea lands,
South Hilo, from Agricultural Zone 2 to General Industrial.

ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1y60, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 20-E, CREATING A
NEW INDUSTRIAL ZONE IIV THE CITY OF HI LO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AIVD FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1y60, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding a riew section after Section 20-D to read
as follows;
"Section 20-E. General Industrial Zone X.
"General Industrial Zone X shall contain all of
that area bounded as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of
land, on the easterly side of Railroad Avenue, the
coordinates oi' said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being
3693.00 feet south and 12,319.80 feet east as shown on
Government Survey Registered Map 1+073 and thence
running by azimuths measured clockwise from true
south:
1. 270° OOt 3355,30 feet along Government Land;
2. 3L1-i° 00f 219.53 feet along Government Land;
3. 71° 00~ 3172.50 feet alongg Lots 2, 43, 87
and 60-Ft. Road of
Hawaiian Home, Land of
Panaewa House and Farm
Lots as shown on Govern-
ment Survey Registered
Map 4073;
4. 161° OOt 1311.1 feet along the easterly side of
Railroad Avenue to the
point of beginning and
containing an area of
55.77 acres,"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
