HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1966-357BILL NO. 396 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. 357 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HA4~I1 1j60, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE A PORTION OF LAND IN SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, FROM AGRICULTURAL ZONE 2 TO A GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR 'CHE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Grdinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto a new section numbered 20-F, after Suction 20-E, to create a new general industrial zone out of a portion of Agricultural Zone 2, which section shall read as follows; "Section 20-F. General Industrial Zone XI. "General Industrial Gone XI shall contain all of that area bounded as follows; °Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of this parcel of land, being the Northeasterly corner of Lot 10 of Hilo Industrial Development, Pohaku Street Section, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station °HALAI" being 4915.88 feet South and 12,221,18 feet East and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South; 1. 270° 001 I.E77,33 feet along Hilo Electric Power Plant site and across Railroad Avenue; 2, 3i~1° 001 1,217,58 feet along Hawaiian Home Lands of Panaewa Tract 2-A; 3. 90° OOr X73.67 feet across Railroad Avenue and through the Lands c:f Panaewa Tract 1; 4. 180° 001 700.00 feet through the Hawaiian Horne Lands of Panaewa Tract 1; 5• 270° 001 100,00 Feet along Lot 10 of Hilo Industrial Development, Pohaku Street Section; 6, 180° OOt 451.06 feet along Lots ~ and 10 of Hilo Industrial Development, Pohaku Street Section to the point of beginning and containing an area of o.a r~o. --- ~.., _- .- .... - ly,l~57t Acres:` F... .. _ A1'n ~ u~ 1966 MAY 4 1966 SECTION 2.
