AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE
REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
This Bill amends the first paragraph of Section 21
relating to no parking zones.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 25 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF' HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED,
PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY CF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section 21 of
Grdinance No. 25 of the Revised Ordinances of the Ccunty
of Hawaii 1960, as amended, relating to no parking zones is
amended to read as follows:
"When official signs or markings give notice
thereof, no person shall step, stand or park a
vehicle any l.onyer than is reasonably necessary
to take on or discharge passengers or freight upon
any street or portions thereof within the County
of Hawaii."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
