AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PORTION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF HILG
BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF
LAND FROM RESIDENTIAL USE TO NEIGHBORHOOD C(k1MERCIAL USE
AT SVAIAKEA HOMESTEAD HOUSE-LOTS.
This Bill changes the land use designation of a
certain area of land situated at Waiakea Homesteads
House-Lots, South Hilo, Hawaii, from residential use
to neighborhood commercial use.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAR~~ OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF HA~:iAII:
SECTION 1, A portion of the General Plan of Hilo as
formulated in the "Plan for the Metropolitan Area of Hilo"
is hereby amended by changing the land use designation of
a certain area of land situated at l~Ja.iakea Homesteads
House-Lots, South Hilo, Halaaii, from residential use to
neighborhood commercial use, The boundaries ar.d area c:
the said neighborhood commercial use are outlined in red on the
map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit f1 ," and by reference
made a Hart hereof,
SECTION 2. This ordinance sha11 take effect upon itc
approval,
