AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND P0RT7ON OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE
KAHALUU-KEAUHOU AREA, NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII,
BY DESIGNATING THE LAND USE OE THE UNPLANNED AREA FROM
KAHALUU TO KEAUHOU SHORELINE AREA.
This Bill amends a portion of the General Plan of the
Kahaluu-Keauhou Area by designating the land use of the
unplanned area from Kahaluu to Keauhou. shoreline area,
North Kona, to resort, neighborhood commereial, single-family
residential, multi-family residential, park and open reserve.

Beginning at the seashore of the north boundary
of Kahaluu Beach Park; east to the mauka side of
Alii Drive; south along the mauka side of Alii Drive
to the south side of the I~Ialcolea Trail; east alone
the south side of Niakolea Trail to the State Land
Use Urban District boundary; south along the :state
Laird Use Urban District boundary to the heauhcu I?nd-
Honalo boundary; west along the Keauhcu end-Honalo
boundary to the seashore; nertil along the seashore
to the point o` beginning.

open reserve, and unplanned zones as delineated and outlined
on the reap attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and by ret'erence
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall. take effect upon its
approval.
