"The charge of three dollars ($3.00) for each of
the first twenty-five (25) lots, two dollars ($2.00)
for the next twenty-five (25) lots and one dollar
($1.00) for each additional lot in excess of fifty
50) lots, above prescribed, shall not apply to
subdivision of land into burial or crematory lots
within the confines of duly-established cemetery
areas provided, however, that processing fee will
be filed as follows:
"One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per acre
and proportionate fee for fraction of acre
thereof."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

(Bill No, 398 - 1966)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 24, THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE, EXCEPTING CEMETERIES FROM COMPLYING TO CERTAIN
PROVISIONS THEREIN,
This Bill amends the Subdivision Ordinance by adding a
new subsection setting up special provisions for cemeteries
and crematoriums,
Date Introduced: May 18, 1966 - Date Approved: June 29,
1966 - Date Effective: June 29, 1966,
Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public,
