AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 363, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1967.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 363, by revising estimated
revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967.

ORDINANCE NO. 371

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTIONS A AND D OF SECTION 4 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 36 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF
DRIVEWAY APPROACHES IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
This Bill further amends Subsection A of Section 4 of
Ordinance No. 36 pertaining to the maximum width of driveways
and driveway approaches, and further amends Subsection D
of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 36 pertaining to the distance
between the driveway approach and the property line.
