AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 363, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1967.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 363 by revising estimated
revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967.

ORDINANCE NO. 374

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED,
BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH 6, SUBSECTION b, SECTION 69, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW PARAGRAPH RELATING TO A NEW SPEED
ZONE IN SOUTH KONA, HAWAII.
This Bill amends the Traffic Code by setting speed limit
of 45 miles per hour on the City of Refuge Road from the
Hawaii Belt Road at Keokeo junction to a point 200 feet
east of the end of the improved portion constructed under
FASP No. 5-0160.
