ORDINANCE NO. 374
AN ORDINANCE AMEND11vG ORDINANCE NO. 25 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED,
BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH 6, SUBSECTION b, SECTION 69, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW PARAGRAPH RELATING TO A NEW SPEED
ZONE IN SOUTH KONA, HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Paragraph. 6, Subsection b, Section 69
of Ordinance No. 25 0£ the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto a new paragraph numbered "u" relating to a
new speed zone in South Kona, Hawaii, to read as follows;
"u. On the City of Refuge Road from the
Hawaii Belt Road at Keokeo junction to a point
200 feet east of the end of the improved portion
constructed under FA SP No, 5-0160."
SECTION 2. TYiis ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

Notice is hereby given that the Committee on Public Works of the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii shall hold public hearings
at the above-designated places and time concerning the proposed zoning
and subdivision ordinances.
All persons desiring to express their views on this matter may do
so at the public hearing.
