ORDINANCE NO. 380
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE IQO, 20 OF TIIE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY
CREATING A TdEW NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT IN THE CITY
OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SUCTION i, Ordinance No, 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, i:; hereby further
amended by adding a new section numbered 10-D after Section
10-C to read as follows:
"Section 10-D, Teighborhood Shopping District VI,
"Neighborhood Shopping District VI shall contain all of
that area bounded as follows:
"Beginning at the south corner of this parcel of land,
the south corner of Lot 1 in Block 503 of the Waiakea.
Homestead House Lots and at the northwest corner of
Kinoole Street-Kahaopea Street intersection, the
coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being
9,770,40 feet south and 9,290,71 feet east and thence
running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1, 85° L}0~ 21}2,00 feet along Lot 1 in Block 50
of the tida:[alcea Homestead
House Lots and along the
north side of Kahaopea Street;
2. 175° LEON 180.00 feet along Lot 1 in Block 50i
of the Waiakea Homestead
House Lots and along Lot 20
in Lot 51:T-A of the ':laiakea
Homesteads, 1st Series;
3, 85° 101 222.00 feet along Lots 20 and 21 in Lot

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY CREATING A NEW
NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF HZLO.
This Bill creates a neighborhood shopping district frown
a portion of residential zones A and B in Waiakea Homestead
Haase Lots.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 363, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 1967.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 363 by revising estimated
revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967.
