This Bill rezones a portion of Residential Zone "A" to Neighborhood Shopping District in a portion of Waiakea Homesteads, First Series, Waiakea, South Hilo. Date Introduced: January 2, 1967 - Date Approved: January 23, 1967 - Date Effective: January 23, 1967 ORDINANCE NO. 394 (Bill No. 432 - 1967) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PORTION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF HILO BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DISIGNATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND FRDM RESIDENTIAL TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AT WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS, FIRST SERIES, SOUTH HILO. This Bill amends the County General Plan of a portion of Waiakea Homesteads, First Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, from Residential to Neighborhood Commercial District. Date Introduced: January 2, 1967 - Date Approved: January 23, 1967 - Date Effective: January 23, 1967 Copies of the foregoing Ordinances, in full, are on file in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public. ~ ~ , ~/, ~ ~~~ COUNTY CLERK COUNTY OF HAWAII BILL N0. 431 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE N0. 393 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF HILO, BY CREATING A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF HILO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new section numbered 10-E after Section 10-D to read as follows: "Section 10-E. Neighborhood Shopping District VII. "Neighborhood Shopping District VII shall contain all of that area bounded as follows: Beglnning at the southeast corner of this parcel of land, the southeast corner of Lot 22, in Lot 511-A of the Waiakea Homesteads, First Series, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 9,511.36 feet south and 9,028.38 feet east and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1. 85° 401 222.00 feet along Lots 21 and 22, in Lot 511-A, Waiakea. Homesteads, First Series; 2. 175° 401 98.11 feet along Lot 22, in Lot 511-A of the Waiakea Homesteads, First Series and along the east side of Maikai Street; 3. 265° 401 222.00 feet along Lots 22 and 23, in Lot 511-A of the Waiakea Homesteads, First Series; 4. 355° 401 98.11 feet along Lot 22, in Lot 511-A of the Waiakea Homesteads, First Series, and along Lots 2-B and 3-B on Block 503 of the Waiakea Homesteads House Lots, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 21,780 square feet. 0:3.
