AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ISSUADJCE OF COI~~IISSIONS TO APPOINTIVE
OFFICERS OF THE COUNTY OF HA?~1AII.
BE IT ORDAIN.F,D BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 01? THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII;
SECTION 1. Pdhenever any Ordinance of the County of
Hawaii shall authorize the issuance of a commission for the
appointment of any officer within the County, such commission
shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk who shall
furnish certified copies to persons thereto entitled.
SECTION 2. The commissions mentioned in Section 1 of
this Ordinance shall be the sole evidence of the appointment
of the officers for whom they are issued.
