AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ORD'3R F'Ol< ISSUANCE 0]? WARRANTS BY THE
COUNTY AUDITOR,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF, B0>RD OF SUPii,RVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII;
SECTIOI~I 1. Any person entitled to a warrant upon the
County Treasury may file a t~~ritten order for the same with the
County Auditor authorizing the person named in the order to
receipt for such warrant or warrants.
When so receipted, signed in the name of the claimant by
the person named in the order so that both names appear upon the
receipt, the Auditor may deliver the warrant to the person
named in the order.
In like manner an order may be filed with the Treasurer
covering the presentation and payment of- such warrants.
Suclt orders may cover all warrants issued or to be issued
to the person signing the same during the yeax in which the order
is dated but not later. Such orders may be renewed from year to
year.
