PROVIDING FOR THE DUTIES AND 'UNC'1'IONS OF SAID AGENCY.
BE IT ORDAIDIED BY THE BOARD OF SUP'~,RVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF

SECTION 1. Organization, The P:Zotor Vehicle Dealers'
Licensing Board heretofore created by statute shall be an agency
of the County under the jurisdiction of the Department of County
Treasurer, The Board shall consist of three members who shall be
appointed by the Chairman and Executive Officer, with the approval
of the Board of Supervisors. -Each shall have been engaged in the
business of selling at retail, or negotiating for the purchase of
motor vehicles in the State for a period of at least one }rear
preceding the date of his appointment, I4ao of the members shall be,
or shall have been, engaged as dealers primarily in the sale of new
motor vehicles and one of- the members shall be solely and
exclusively engaged as salesman of new or used motor vehicles, The
Board shaJ.l designate one of its members as chairman.
SECTION 2. Term of Offir.,e, The term of office of the members
of the Board shall be as provided by statute.
SECTION 3, Powers, Duties and Functions. The powers, duties
and functions of the Board shaJ.l be as provided by statute,
SECTION 4. Administration of Funds and Personnel. 7.'he function
of administering the funds appropriated for the operations of the
Board shall be vested in the County Treasurer, and the County
Treasurer shall be empowered to take al.l necessary personnel actions
with reference to employees of the Board. Neither the Board nor
its members shall in any way interfere oaith the administrative
affairs of the Department of County Treasurer,
