BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BCAL'D OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HA?TAI I
SECTIOAI 1, Fee to be charged. For each County-owned
cemetery plot sold at the Alae Cemetery in the City of Hilo,
the Chief Engineer of the County of Hawaii shall collect a fee
of :35,00, which shall be exclusive of the cost of digging and
covering the plot. Each cemetery plot shall not: exceed nine (9)
feet in length and four (4) feet in width,
SECTION 2. Creation of cemetery fund. They monies colle cted
under Section 1 aforesaid shall be deposited with the Treasurer
of the County of Hawaii in a cemetery fund which is hereby created,
All monies deposited in the cemetery fund are hereby set aside and
shall be expended for the improvement, maintenance and upkeep of
Alae Cemetery,
