SECTIOI~~ 1, Prohibition, It shall be unlawful for any
person (a) to play on, (a) to fish or crab from, or (c) t:o
swim or dive off any portion of any bridge or other elevated
structure constituting apart of a highway where proper signs
are posted,
SECTIOI~r 2, Penalties, Any person convicted of a violation
of the foregoing prohibition shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding One Hundred Dollars (x100.00),
