ORDINANCE N0. 32
AN ORDINANCE PKOHIBITING THE 'r_~Ii~ERING `.~TI`il-I PaOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOIiRD OL' SUPERVISORS OF T13E COUNTY OF
HAGdAI I
SECTION 1. No person shall without the consent of the
owner or person in charge of a vehicle, climb upon or into
such vehicle with the intent to commit ary injury thereto or
with the intent to commit any crime, whether such vehicle be
in motion or at rest,
SECTION 2, No person, withou± the consent of the owner
or person in charge of a standing unattended vehicle, shall
manipulate any of the levers, starting crank, brakes or other
devices thereon; provided, however, that an operator of a
motor vehicle may release the brakes and move a standing
unattended vehicle for the purpose of extricatine~ his vehicle
from a parking location.
SECTION 3. Any person who shall violate any~of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (;0250.00).
