BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPEiVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HA[IAI I :
SECTION 1. The .Iaiakea portion of the bay front parking
area next to Ilooheau Park is hereby set aside for the purpose
of a bus terminal for city buses.
SECTION 2. The ?Iaiakea-mal:ai portion of the bay front
parking area is hereby set aside for the purpose of a bus
terminal for country buses.
SECTION 3, The Board of Supervisors shall make such rules
and regulations for the parking of said cruses as it deems necessary.
SECTION 4. The County Treasurer shall collect from the owner
or operator of each bus parking in the bus terminal the sum of
Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3.50) per month.
