ORDINANCE N0. 64
AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZOPIES.
BE IT ORDAIPIED BY ~i'IIE BOARD OF SUPERVISGRS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII;
SECTION 1. There shall be the following Fire Zones: One,
Two, and Three, in the ~bunty of Hawaii.
SECTION 2. Fire Zone No. 1. Fire Zone No. 1 shall contain
all of the area bounded by;
A, The Puueo side of tidaianuenue Street, from the mauka side
of Keawe Street to the makai side of Kinoole Street;
B. The makai side of Kinoole Street a.nd its extension, from
the Puueo side of iTaianuenue Street to the 01aa bank of the GVailuku
River;
C, The Olaa bark o.f the ?iai'_uku River, from the extension of
the makai side of Kinoole Street to the extension of the mauka side
of Keawe Street;
D. The mauka side of Keawe Street from the Olaa bank of the
Z-dailuku River to the Puueo side of I:'aianuenue Street.
SECTION 3. Fire Zone 'o. 2, Fire Zone Dto. 2 shall contain all
of the area bounded by:
A, A line 125 feet mauka of tl~e mauka side of Kinoole Street
and its extension and parallel to Kinoole Street from a point
125 feet Puna of the Puna side of Ponahawai Street to the Olaa bank
of the Wailuku River;
B. The Olaa banr_ of thB [lailuku River, from the extension of
a line 125 feet mauka of the mauka side of Kinoole Street and
parallel to Kinoole Street to the extension of the makai side of
Kinoole Street;
C. The makai side of Kinoole Street and its extension, from
the Olaa bank of the [:'ailuku River to the Puueo side of [Vaianuenue
Street;
D, The Puueo side of CJaianuenue Street, from the makai side
of Kinoole Street to the mauka side of Keawe Street;
E. The mauka side of Keawe Street and its extension, from the
Puueo side of [+Iaianuenue Street to the Olaa bank of the 69ailuku
River;
F, The Olaa bank of the L9ailul:u River and the seashore, from
the extension of the mauka side of Keawe Street to the extension of
a line 125 feet Puna of the Puna side of Ponahawai Street and
parallel to Ponahawai Street;

G. A line 125 feet Puna of the. Puna side of Ponahawai Street
and parallel to Ponahawai. Street and its extension, from the seashore
to a point 125 feet mauka of the mauka side of Kinoole Street,
SECTION 4, F.-ire lone No. 3, Fire Gone No. 3 shall contain
all of the area or territory not included and contained in Fire Zone
No. 1 and Fire Zone No. 2.
