AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 363, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 1967.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 363 by revising the
Estimated Revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967.

ORDINANCE NO. 73

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON PUBLIC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW THIRTY-FIVE
MILES PER HOUR SPEED ZONE.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 39 of 1967 by adding
a new thirty-five miles per hour speed zone on the Mamalahoa
Highway, from its junction with the Hawaii Belt Road at
Andrade Camp Road towards Hilo to its junction with the
Hawaii Belt Road at Papaikou in the vicinity of Kalanianaole
School.
