ORDINANCE N0. 76
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ND. 60 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF A PLUMBING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1.10(c) of Ordinance No. 60„ Revtsed Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(c) Any permit required by this code may be issued to
any person who undertakes by himself or through his employees
any operation to do any plumbing or drainage work regulated by
this code in a single family dwelling used exclusively for livino
purposes, including the usual accessory buildings and quarters in
connection with such buildings in the event that: any such person
is the bona fide owner of any such dwelling and accessory buildings
and quarters, and that the same are occupied by or designed to be
occupied by said owner,"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
