ORDINANCE N0. 79
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND A PORTION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF HILO
BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF
LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR TETE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. A portion of the General Plan of Hilo in
Area I is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
of a certain area from a Fire Station site to Heavy Industrial
as shown in red on Exhibit "A", in Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii.
SECTION 2. A portion of the General Plan of Hilo in
Area II is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
of a certain area from Heavy Industrial to a Fire Station site
as shown in red on Exhibit "A", in Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND A PORTION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF HILO BY
CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND.
This Bill amends a portion of the General Plan of Hilo by
changing the land use designation of a certain area in the Heavy
Industrial use section in Waiakea, from Fire Station site to Heavy
Industl*ial in Area I and creates a new Fire Station site in Area II.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS,
AND UNEXPENDED FUND BALANCES, AND ALL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE BUDGET PERIOD STARTING
JULY 1, 1967, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1968.
This Bill relates to the appropriation budget for the
County of Hawaii for the fiscal year July 1, 1967 through
June 30, 1968.
