AN ORDINANCE ArAENDING SUBSECTIONS A AND C OF SECTION 18 OF
ORDINANCE N0. 59, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAVVAII
1967, RELP,TING TO IHE ELECTRICAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 30ARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAVVAI I
SECTION 1. Subsections ~'. and C of Section 18 of Ordinance
No. 59, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, are
hereby amended to read as follows:
"A. Com osition. There is hereby created a Board
of Electrica Examiners, hereinafter referred to as the
Board, consisting of five members. Membership of the
Board shall include three supervising electricians, one
representative from the utility industry and one
supervising specialty electrician; provided, that on
the first appointment a person without a supervising
specialty electrician license may be appointed to the
Board. The members of the Board shall not be government
employees and shall be appointed by the Chairman and
Executive Officer of the County with the approval of
the Board of Supervisors.
"The Board shall elect a chairman and a vice-
chairman. The vice-chairman shall act as the chairman
in the temporary absence or disability of the chairman.
The Administrative Authority shall provide a secretary
for the Board."
"C. Compensation. The members of the Board shall
be paid $10.00 for each meeting attended, but not more
than $50.00 in any one month."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTIONS A AND C OF SECTION 18 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 59, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAIT
1967, RELATING TO THE ELECTRICAL CODE.
This Bill creates a Board of Electrical Examiners to
consist of five members and establishes a rate of compensation
far each meeting attended.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE RENEWAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE
OPERATOR'S LICENSES.
This Bill sets fees for operator's license valid for
four years at $4.00; operator's license valid for two years
at $2.00; chaffeur's license renewable annually at. $2,00;
and duplicate licenses at $1.00.
