AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE RENEWAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE
OPERATOR'S LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following fees are hereby established
for the renewal of motor vehicle operator's licenses:
A. Operator's license valid for four years
(all operators between the ages of 25
and 65) .................................~ 4.00
B. Operator's license valid for two years
(all o??erators under 25 and over 65 years
of age) .................................~ 2.00
C. Chauffeur's license renewable
annually ................................$ 2.00
D. Duplicate licenses ......................~ 1.00
SECTION 2. All fees hereinabove collected shall be
deposited in the General Fund of the County of Hawaii.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
