AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 80, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 1968.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 80 by revising estimated
revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 38, OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION AND
CONTROL OF TAXICAB DRIVERS AND TAXIMETERS, ESTABLISHING TAXICAB
RATES AND FARES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
This Bill amends the rates of fare within the County of
Hawaii as follows:
(1) For the first 1/5 mile and fraction thereof .... SOC
(2) Thereafter for each additional 1/5 mile or
fraction thereof ... .. ............... lOt
(3) For each one minute of~waiting time or
fraction thereof ................................ lOt
and permits a taxicab driver to cruise in search of patronage
except in those areas controlled by the Federal or state
governments or its agencies where cruising is prohibited by
statutes, rules, regulations, directives or orders.
