ORDINANCE N0. 100
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5 (c) AND SECTION 10-5 (e)
OF ORDINANCE N0. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T}{E BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. SECTION 10-5 (c) of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended by
the addition of a new subsection to read as follows:
"20. The Honokaa-Waipio Road, from the Kapulena
School Lot to the easterly (Honokaa) side of the
Kapulena Subdivision Unit 1."
SECTION 2. SECTION 10-5 (e) 18 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"18. The Honokaa-Waipio Road, from the easterly
(Honokaa) side of the Kapulena Subdivision Unit 1 to
Nienie Bridge, except through Camp 10."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5 (c) AND SECTION 10-5 (e)
OF ORDINA~7CE NO. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLiC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 39 by adding a new
35 miles per hour speed zone on the Honokaa-Waipio Road,
from the Kapulena School Lot to the easterly (Honokaa)
side of the Kapulena Subdivision Unit 1 and 45 miles per
hour speed zone on the Honokaa-Waipio Road, from the easterly
(Honokaa) side of the Kapulena Subdivision Unit 1 to
Nienie Bridge, except through Camp 10.

ORDINANCE NO. 101

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-iS-1 AND 7-8-1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 61, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES.
This Bill amends the schedule of rates for sewer
service charges based on metered-water consumption and
adds a ten per cent penalty clause to be imposed upon
accounts which are sixty (60) or more days overdue.
