ORDINANCE N0. 10'?
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 10 OF ORDINANCE N0. 39, REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, RELATING TO THE
REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Article 10 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
by adding thereto a new section to read as follows:
"Section 10-7. Speed Contest. No person
shall engage in any motor vehicle speed contest
or exhibition of speed on a highway and no person
shall aid or abet in any motor vehicle speed
contest or exhibition on any highway."
SEC'T'ION 2. This ordinance shall. take effect upon its
approval.
