ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HP,WAII 1967, RELATING TO THE
REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHS~YS
OF THE COUNTY OF HAV~II.
This Bill states that "No person shall engage in any
motor vehicle speed contest or exhibition of speed on a
highway and no person shall aid or abet in any motor
vehicle speed contest or echibition on any highway."
