ORDINANCE N0. 109
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADOPTING THE ZONING
MAPS FOR NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA DISTRICTS, HAWI-KAPAAU, HALAULA-
NIULII, KAMUELA AND KAWAIHAE-PUAKO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following additional subsections:
"Section 7.06. North and South Kohala Districts Zone Map,
marked thereupon as Section 7.06, a copy of which is filed in
the Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.07. Hawi-Kapaau Zone Map, marked thereupon as
Section 7.07, a copy of which is filed in the Office of the County
Clerk.
"Section 7.08. Halaula-Niulii Zone Map, marked thereupon as
Section 7.08, a copy of which is filed in the Office of the County
Clerk.
"Section 7.09. Kamuela Zone Map, marked thereupon as Section
7.09, a copy of which is filed in the Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.10. Kawaihae-Puako Zone Map, marked thereupon as
Section 7.10, a copy of which is filed in the Office of the County
Clerk. "
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take etfect upon its approval.

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADOPTING THE ZONING
MAPS FOR NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA DISTRICTS, HAWI-KAPAAU, HALAULA-
NIULII, KAMUELA AND KP.WAIHAE-PUAKO.
This Bill adopts the zoning maps designating land use
districts for North and South Kohala.
