ORDINANCE N0. 110
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADOPTING
THE ZONING MAPS FOR HAMAKUA DISTRICT, HAMAKUA DISTRICT
HOMESTEADS AREA, HAINA-HONOKAA-KUKUIHAELE, PAAUILO-KUKAIAU,
NORTH HILO DISTRICT, OOKALA, AND LAUPAHOEHOE-NINOLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Ordinance 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following additional
subsections:
"Section 7.11. Hamakua District Zone Map, marked
thereupon as Section 7.11, a copy of which is filed in the
Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.12. Hamakua District Homesteads Area Zone
Map, marked thereupon as Section 7.12, a copy of which is
filed in the Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.13. Haina-Honokaa-Kukuihaele Zone Map,
marked thereupon as Section 7.13, a copy of which is filed
in the Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.14. Paauilo-Kukaiau Zone Map, marked
thereupon as Section 7.14, a copy of which is filed in the
Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.15. North Hilo District Zone Map, marked
thereupon as Section 7.15, a copy of which is filed in the
Office of the County Clerk.
"Section 7.16. Ookala Zone Map, marked thereupon as
Section 7.16, a copy of which is filed in the Office of the
County Clerk.

"Section 7.17. Laupahoehoe-Ninole Zone Map, marked

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
